VC stretch rows does not work when using sidebars. The rows overlap the sidebar. That makes it impossible to have have different background colors for rows.

Who are these developers you keep sending this stuff to and why are they not the ones answering these forum topics and why do they never resolve anything?

It can’t be fixed. It’s a flaw in basic theme structure. There is no easy way of fixing this unless you overhaul the theme.

We need to add a margin of -70px, then add padding of 70px for the desktop, then rewrite the rules for smaller screens.

For many of the issues we post we have a workaround, but for the amount you are charging for these themes and plugins I don’t think we should have to.

Hey @kahunaburger, We are keep fixing issues and keep adding new features, it’s obvious you can not test all plugins in one shot, there are tons of plugins. We are working in our best mode. Plugin support takes time. I and TJ personally testing all issues to replicate them, and providing solution right now if it is quick fix. Based on the nature of issue it is submitted on our to do list and a team of developers work on them. If you have some additional suggestion let us know.

There are more than 30K plugin and if we consider only popular one including paid and free it will be more than 1K. We are already testing all possible bugs and known conflicts for most of them. Those plugins are also keep getting updates and we or anyone need time to cross test again to fix them.

I have purchased your themes. I have purchased every one of your plugins. I offed you an additional $500 a month for “advanced support” (which you turned down). I offered to promote your products to our millions of readers. I have tested your themes and posted my feedback. I have posted ways to extend and fix your products.

@jeanpierre This isn’t about “client service.” I’m not asking how to change the color of a button. I’m pointing out flaws in the code. I’m the one doing the service.
