Number on tab incorrect

Hi,

My profile photos tab has the number ‘7’ and yet when I click on photos, there are no uploads, 1 album (showing 2 photos), and yet when I click in the album there are no photos at all.

I have been developing the site quite a bit and think this could be due to deletion of images from the back end.

Is there a way of re-setting the data so that the tab and photos section is correct?

Hi @keen, Sorry for delayed response
if you delete images from the backend, database will not be updated accordingly thus you will get wrong counts
I will discuss with the developer to reset the media plugin data

Hi @keen, we have added a new option to delete images in settings
When a photo upload is removed, permanently delete the associated media file.

It is added inside our current update 3.1.1

Sorry for late response. I’ve ticked to receive follow ups but don’t think I get them all.

Do I need to do anything to tidy up my image counts? Where are the settings that you mention?

I’m seeing this in 3.1.6 as reported by one of my users.

He also has one album with the same 2 photos in it. The album says it has 3 photos, but it only has 2.

We have updated sql queries in count images, hopefully it will fix the count issue. You can also try them.
