    When are we going to get some fixes? Everything seems to get sent to developers, but I never get any fixes. There are at least 3 critical errors with this theme and the Learner child that make it impossible to use on a live site. These have been reported weeks over even over a month ago.

    You said we would have a update this week, but still nothing. We keep pushing our launch date, but we can’t do it anymore.

    @kahunaburger we just released major updates for nearly all other plugins and themes, the Boss theme is now our #1 priority. Things can be slow at times especially with the amount of testing we do prior to releasing updates. We should see a small update the week of Aug 24th as long as testing goes as planned. We will be working on major issues after that and into the next couple weeks.

    What’s a small update mean? Are these issues going to be fixed?

    I’m not sure how your testers missed these issues before its release. They are major issues. Your Learner theme is broken at the core. The thing that worries me is you are not going to be able to fix them because the underlying logic behind the BP integration is flawed.

    You should remove the Learner theme from sales until it is fixed. You should also hire new testers.

    Hey @kahunaburger, Our customer base spent over 250+ hours beta testing the Boss theme with Sensei to determine the best design features to blend BuddyPress and the Leaning Module. This has never been done before and there are some things we still need to work on.

    Are you telling me you didn’t noticed your top menu dispensers on half your pages? Are you telling me you didn’t notice all your course group links are broken? These are not minor issues.

    You say you are going to fix some small issues on the 24th and get to the rest 2 weeks later. That’s like someone going into the ER with a gunshot wound to the chest and the doctor saying we need to remove this wort on your forehead before dealing with that.

    I have been reporting bugs for 2 months now. and you have yet to fix ANYTHING Not little bugs like that button doesn’t look right (I have posted some issues like that, but it’s not what I’m talking about), but huge bugs that make your code unusable. Many of your themes and plugins don’t work and you don’t seem to care. Why don’t you care? I just don’t get it. Do you really not care or have you got yourself over your head? Why can’t I get any of my tickets revolved? It also seems you are going out of your way to find excuses in some tickets not want to admit it’s a problem with your code. I’m at a loss. What do I need to do to help you help me? I’m really not trying to be a a-hole, I just need your code to work so we can meet our deadlines.

    Hi @kahunaburger, We are keep working on all the issues, and you can notice that we are already pushed several fixing in our current updates and remaining are in queue. If you have codes suggestion what need to be done, we will welcome it.

    @vapvarun You have not fixed any of the critical errors I have posted here. I keep being lied to that they will be fixed in the next update, but nothing. Either you don’t know how critical these issues are or you don’t know how to fix them. I have posted a lot of code here, but these issues can not be fixed with just a snippet. In any event it’s not my job to fix your code.

    What priorities? You said 2 weeks 2 weeks ago. You said one week 3 weeks ago. Your Group integration is completely broken. What priority is bigger than that? Are you fixing stuff on what easiest or what’s the most important? I don’t know how many time I need to say this… YOUR THEME CAN’T/SHOULDN’T BE USED BY ANYONE. It’s not only broken I will severally harm your SEO.

    I really don’t mean to be a jerk about this… I really don’t However we have spent hundreds of hours getting this ready and all we are waiting on is for the course/group integration to be fixed. If you can get it fixed I’ll give you all the time in the world to address my other tickets.

    Enough with the lies. The months of lies. You don’t know what you are doing and you don’t know how to fix what you have done. Stop lying about fixing things. You simply don’t have the skills. If you did then this is an even bigger scam than I thought. So which is it? A scam or complete stupidity? I’m betting it’s both.
