Black bar on top of site

Hello,

On all of my front end pages is a blank black bar on the top of the pages. Please see attachments for example. Also, the second attachment is what happens when I scroll down. Why is this space here and how do I fix it? My site is in “Coming Soon” mode so please let me know if you need the login to view the code. I appreciate any help!!!

Hi @cytogaming, Please paste your site url to inspect it and also paste your active plugin list to replicate the issue. Admin bar is already hidden in Boss theme. We have converted admin bar to generate right side drop down menus.

I also tried adding “add_filter( ‘show_admin_bar’, ‘__return_false’ );” to the functions.php file of the child theme but it did not do anything. Please advise.

Better WordPress Minify
Varnish HTTP Purge

and flush the cache from the W3 Total Cache

It did not help. If I recall correctly, the issue was there before I had installed those plugins. Also, a recommended plugin in your videos is Better WordPress Minify, so why would this affect the layout? Please advise. I gave you the login above to check the code yourself. I figured it out! It’s the SportsPress plugin, just have to play with it to remove it, nothing to do with the Boss Theme thankfully 🙂 Thanks anyway! @vapvarun @pallavi
