    @tomchedd You market the “DFY Service” to make the customer think they will have to do minimal work to have a mobile app and in reality, this has been the biggest waste of money I have encountered. I am consider abandoning BuddyBoss ENTIRELY because the marketing materials are NOT what I have received after paying thousands of dollars.

    The DFY service says:

    “Our team will handle the process of creating, customizing, and preparing your mobile app for you so you can save time and focus on your business.”

    This is simply NOT TRUE. I have had to configure multiple settings myself and I FINALLY got through the process to where my Apple version is in review (I’m expecting a rejection since I don’t know what the hell I’m doing). I cannot submit the Android version because it says the service account does not have adequate permissions when I even assigned it admin/owner permissions and I cannot find anything else. I have tried to fix this issue and cannot find any information on it.

    We need to arrange a remote session for someone to walk me through this and assist or you can have someone “do it for me” as you were supposed to, or you can refund everything I’ve paid to BuddyBoss. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had when it comes to what you marketed versus what you provided.

    When you publish an offering and promote it as “You won’t really have to do much” I take it at face value. I have yet to be able to “focus on my business” because I’ve had to half the work for you when you were supposed to “do it for me”.
