I use BuddyPress ver. 2.5.1 with this new function email templates and when I reply for email I receive email:

Hi,
Your previous reply failed. Please type some text
and reply.

Why is not working and how make to work? I paid for this premium plugin and doesn’t work. I send test email and replay and everything was ok.
