  • Hi there,

My social network is experiencing some major issues regarding resetting passwords. This is VERY important right now as we moved all our 400 members from our old platform to the Boss theme platform so there are people actively resetting their passwords every day. (If you can help ASAP, it would be greatly appreciated!).

Here is how to replicate the issue – this is happening during 2 situations (server issues are appearing for new members and also for people resetting their password):

Situation #1 – Server issue occurring for new members:

    1. Sign up as a member at https://okwahonetwork.com (create your username and password)
[Server issue is occurring after new members sign up] – Example of what happened from one of our new members today after trying to sign up “ok so a few glitches….. the confirmation went to my junk mail
(fine). Then said “the sender failed our fraud detection checks………” and then would not let me click the link.”

Situation #2 – Server error occurs after existing members try to reset their password:

    1. (Make sure you are a member first)
    2. Reset your password at https://okwahonetwork.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
    3. Click on the reset password link that comes to your email and enter a new password
    4. Create a new password… [**THIS is where the problem happens – after submitting the new password, there is a server error – see below or in screenshot]:

    “Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”
