@vapvarun i still and keep getting the same error when replying to the test email. I am using MS Office outlook 2016. Is there a setting that I have to make in this client to make it work ?? Our possibly the email server setting ?

Your previous reply failed. Please type some text and reply.

I did not delete all old quote text and just “Reply” the email and write above the line etc etc…
