Ever since the upgrade of theme any images taken on a mobile device, despite being taken in portrait, are showing up on laptop/desktop sideways – while on mobile device are showing up properly.

I have attached an example I just tested out to help demonstrate the difference as well as an example of a series of photos uploaded by a member from her phone.

While those who use mobile devices can certainly edit their photos before posting, this is a unnecessary step and contradicts this mobile responsive feature.

Uploads were posting properly 2 days ago.
What has happened?
How can this be fixed?
