…sorry, maybe I was not clear enough and there is an misunderstanding.
I do not use any plugin for media. I just added multimedia files with the default page editor within wordpress. which worked fine until I switched to buddyboss theme.
I just tried the twenty-fourteen theme (version 1.2) and videos work.
so it can´t be a buddypress issue?
