Sorry if this doesn’t help, but for the sake of maybe trying to help troubleshoot as to why this is happening – it is only happening on the ‘everything’ feed no matter which stream you are viewing. So if you look at ‘New Groups’ or ‘Updates’ or choose any option from the drop down on any stream page, the double avatar disappears – so you may want to compare the code of ‘everything’ to one of those…
