Thanks for the feedback. I will contact the plug in people to see why private is not keeping it private in activity feed.

I was able to get the status posts to stop showing up in the member directory and did get the fields I set up to show, so slow and steady progress…

I am laughing at myself because I thought that I would have it tested and be live by end of Feb… at this rate, maybe by May!

Thanks for feedback and yes, I intend to use s2member as we will all pay a small fee to support the online community space, but I am not sure if that is enough to keep google and bing from finding the stuff and showing it in their results… I have the setting to discourage them from coming to site, but I am not sure that is enough or if there are other ways of adding additional protection.
