    @tomchedd We were among the first to try the Buddyboss APP, but experienced numerous delays and bugs despite paying monthly fees. We requested a refund within the refund window but were assured that the promised features would be delivered (refund was clearly not an actual option). We were repeatedly told to wait for the next update to fix the issues, but it never happened. Paying over $100 per month for a non-functional app became frustrating and after $1000 spent with no working app to use, we eventually lost all faith in the Buddyboss team. We even offered to upgrade and pay extra, but were just told to wait for the next update again. We signed up in good faith and followed all the correct procedures. From 20 years of experience (and many clients that I could be recommending this to) I know launches don’t go to plan but the real proof of your integrity is how you deal with customers resolving issues to deliver the product, even if takes longer. You could have paused our monthly subscription until the bugs were fixed, and kept in contact with updates so we were not just left in the dark. I like to offer an opportunity for redemption and would like to think I am one of few who have had this experience and am interested to see if you’ll do the the right thing and show us what honouring your promises looks like. I am open and curious to see!
